Experienced Realtors that work with short sale homes know that the number one priority is getting an offer to the lender as quickly as possible to delay the foreclosure process for homeowners.  That can be challenging at times with so many homes for sale.  The solution is to bring a group of qualified buyers together at one location on a specific day, and auction the homes to the higest bidder.  The contract to purchase will be contingent upon lender approval, however, now our experienced short sale negotiators can justify the winning bidder amount, because the real measure of value, at any given time, is what real estate will bring under competitive bidding from informed and motivated buyers.  The  short sale auction process will show the lender the real measure of value.

Join us for our next Short Sale Auction, which is scheduled for February 18, 2012.  Scott Oglesby with Oglesby and Company Auctioneers will be explaining the auction process at 10:00 a.m.  Loan Finder will be on site to qualify potential buyers, however, it is recommended that you contat them prior to the auction date.  See details on the Lender Prequalification tab.  Title work, provided by HomePlus Title Partners, LLC will also be available for review.

The majority of the homes offered in the Florida Short Sale Auction will be short sale homes, but we will also have vacant land, and absolute and reserve homes included in the sale.
